Exceptional taste with no rancid notes whatsoever which has always been a problem with other macadamia oils. I spray it on airpopped popcorn as well and it tastes like eating a bowl of fresh delicious Macadamia nuts at a fraction of the price and calories. So if the oil tastes clean fresh and exactly like fresh macadamia nuts then I know the oil is fresh and pure enough to use it topically too.
