Our Neem Powder is made from natural neem leaves and, because it is a minimally processed botanical product, texture can vary from batch to batch depending on the raw plant material received. We do not ultra-refine or heavily process the powder, as we prefer to keep it as close to its natural state as possible.
That said, we do understand your feedback regarding the coarser texture and how that may affect forming a smooth paste. Some customers do prefer blending or sifting further for specific facial or cosmetic applications requiring a finer consistency.

Rachel, thank you for your order and taking time out to leave a review. We have improved our packaging greatly since our online photos where taken 2 years ago. We have easier-to-ship buckets and well - sealable bottles. These prevent spillages and keep product fresher for longer. Our packets are made from recyclable craft paper and lined for product protection. These are great as they are heat-sealed and make shipping easier; and they are re-sealable for your convenience.
