Pink Clay is a 100% natural mineral product mined in France. It is Cosmos and Eco-cert approved for use in cosmetic products.

Pink Clay is a white/pinkish montmorillonite (Bentonite).

Use in face masks, or as a natural colourant in handmade soaps, bath bombs and in healing pastes.

So sorry I expected it to be much paler. So it feels more orange earthy that pink.

I get exactly what you mean. Pink clay comes in quite a wide range of shades, it can be very confusing. I have learnt that what is sold as the paler pink clay is actually a mix of the dark pink clay with a lot of white bentonite clay.
You can tone it down by using just a small amount.
Otherwise, a beautiful pale pink is also achievable with our calamine lotion. I am sorry for your disappointment. Hopefully you are able to get something that will produce just the right shade of pink you are after.
