I mix my own facial oil and BSO is part of my 'recipe. I am very pleased with the condition of my skin, i don't think my skin has ever been in a better condition and i am 62. I occasionally take BSO orally and the taste is not half as bad as some people make it out to be. Good quality product all round, will definately recommend it and will purchase again.
