Luxury Shea Butter - Handmade Soap Mix

Our Luxury Soap Mix  is a perfectly formulated oil base to make your own hot or cold processed handmade soap. Make creating natural Shea Butter and Olive Oil handmade soap effortless by using our tried and tested recipe.  With our pre-mixed bases, its as easy as Melt, Mix and Make!

Our Luxury Soap Mix saves you the time and worry of formulating and testing your own recipe. It will give you consistent results whether you are making soap at home, are a startup business or a scale-up business wanting to save time on weighing out different oils. 

This Palm Oil free recipe will make 1300g of soap when mixed with lye and water and contains 5% superfat. It creates luxurious, conditioning and nourishing bars of soap.

No petro-chemicals, SLS or sulphates.  

Provided below is also the same recipe at 850g -  this is purely incase you can not get the exact 900g out of the bottle.  The bottle still contains the same amount of oil.

Ingredients:

Shea Butter, Coconut Oil, Olive Oil, Macadamia Nut Oil,  Castor Oil and Vitamin E.

HOW TO USE:

You will need:

• 900g Luxury Ready Mix
• 126g Sodium Hydroxide (Lye) 
• 270g Distilled or De-ionised Water

OR

• 850g Luxury Ready Mix
• 119g Sodium Hydroxide (Lye) 
• 255g Distilled or De-ionised Water 

FOR 4.5KG BATCH

• 4500g Luxury Soapmaking Ready Mix
• 633g Sodium Hydroxide (Lye) 
• 1345g Distilled or De-ionised Water 

Optional Ingredients:

• 27g Essential Oils / 900G of oils
• Clays/Powders/Colourants

Usage Instructions:

Please make sure you have read and understand the soap-making instructions here.  The only difference is that you will be using pre-blended Luxury Soap Mix of oils instead of weighing and melting oils individually.

• Melt the Soap Mix bottle in a bowl or pot of hot water with the cap on (if solid at room temperature). Shake well and weigh 900g into a soaping container.  Follow the soap-making instructions here. 

Importand to Note:

• It is important to make sure that the luxury ready mix is fully melted and uniformly mixed before decanting into your soaping container. 
• It is important that the exact amount of 900g is weighed out.  There is a little more than that in the bottle, so please weigh out carefully.
• Follow the soap-making instructions thoroughly.
• This recipe is supefatted at 5%.  You may add more oils (max 3% or 27g) if you wish to superfat with more or specific oils.

Please use the blend (make the soap) within 3 months.
